We have had a beautiful Spring. A few days last week were what you would call “perfect” cool but not too cold and sunny. It’s butterfly season so we had to take some time to chase a few down in the park. The girls loved it, they didn’t catch any, but were thrilled to try!
“Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait for me!” I’m not sure if Clara is talking to Lily or the butterflies.
“Butterflies have really big eyes…and they’re stuck together.” I think that’s what she said and I really can’t figure out why.
Our Grandmere sent bug nets and little magnifying glasses to hunt bugs.
I have a feeling Gerhardt will be a pro at this someday.
G will be a biologist, I’m sure. He’ll be great at dissecting??
Yes, he does love to “dissect” things! Such a boy, has to know how everything works. Maybe he’ll be a doctor…or just gross.
