A Bundle of Myrrh

I’ll finish up my Christmas posts with days 10-12 all at once. On the tenth day of Christmas we made ice ornaments to hang outside.

I love making these, they’re so easy and look so pretty hanging in the yard.

On the eleventh day of Christmas I think we spent the day cleaning house. As Gandalf said once…”I have no memory  of this place.” Well that day escapes me!

I do remember the twelfth day. Phil and I packed up and took a trip downtown, a short getaway we had planned long before Christmas. I’m glad we kept to our plan and had some time away from home together. We didn’t do a whole lot but I did keep my hair appointment with my friend Carissa who gave me a stellar cut and style. I rewarded her efforts with some very bad pictures of it:

It’s never looked this good since. Carissa must come live with me…

We returned home on The Feast of Epiphany. And that’s the 12 Days of Christmas 2016.
