Happy to have a friend with apple trees.
So are the babies, hide your wife, hide your apples!
The day I looked forward to since we moved in finally came. I knew the babies would have fun watching the harvesting. I had fun watching too.
Now that’s a backyard!
Yup, the park just got a lot closer. I thought it would be dirtier when hey combined or were they more careful? Bet they were surprised those kids knew what they were watching. They were lucky to all be home to watch.
I’m betting that farmer enjoyed seeing how excited the kiddos were! What a great way to spend an afternoon!
Are you making applesauce with those apples or just eating them?
🙂
Lea
I love this time of year. My kids “helped” with the bean harvest, and they are anxiously awaiting their turn to “help” with the corn harvest. It’s such a great time for our farmers, too.
Leanna I was surprised that it didn’t seem to be a problem with dust or those beatles! That was a relief! The kiddies are already enjoying the “new yard!”
Lea, we just ate them, apples go fast in our house, unlike tomatoes that sit on the counter and guilt me into finally doing something with them. 🙂
Me too Kristi! Glad we can still enjoy some aspects of the “rural” here.
