Oh our sweet boy turns 2.0 today!!! Two years ago he looked like this, can you believe it? And he gave the best kisses.
I tried so hard to get you to all born on the 19th. Our 5th baby born on our 5th anniversary would have been a nice gift, but you needed your own day I guess.

It’s here, the first day of school! It was a mostly smooth morning. The babies loved their schultüte or maybe it’s “their schultüten” I’ll ask Esther. Not traditionally something Germans do every year the kids go to school, just for the first grade, but I started something that will be hard to stop!

Ephraim is 15 months old now and passes from baby to toddler right in front of us.
I hold him while I still can and for a minute just soak in his babyness for a little longer.
