Last week we hit the road for a 27 day long Fun Fest. A big challenge for this vacation was the packing. There would obviously be a lot of people and also two potentially very different climates we would be spending time in. All blazing in Texas with a lot of swimming but possibly AWESOMELY chilly in Vail with some hiking.
Here are some of the things I tried this year.

So this is not the RV. On Friday of our trip we got to visit our Westerly Nebraska friends for an afternoon. I thought I got a nice photo of a lot of our kids and their kids eating lunch together but realized it was actually mostly just my babies in the picture and only three of theirs. It just looked like so many kids I figured more of theirs were mixed in.

We did it! The Great RV Trip of 2018. All 10 of us, 1 RV and 3 days of adventure. Last week the kids were out of school for Spring Break. Some very gracious and fun loving members of our congregation loaned us their home on wheels for the week. We took off West just a few hours away, parked and let the games begin.
