So this is not the RV. On Friday of our trip we got to visit our Westerly Nebraska friends for an afternoon. I thought I got a nice photo of a lot of our kids and their kids eating lunch together but realized it was actually mostly just my babies in the picture and only three of theirs. It just looked like so many kids I figured more of theirs were mixed in.
We got back to our campsite but the rainy cold evening forcedĀ us to have to just sit around and play games, but who doesn’t like just sitting around and playing games? There was Triominoes and some very serious rounds of Go Fish going on.
Saturday we packed up to head back home but Phil took the babies to the pedestrian bridge to take a look at the Platte River, a foot deep and a mile wide.
We really enjoyed our little trip and have not ruled out the possibility of doing this again sometime soon!
RV life is just different. That makes it fun. There is always different work that has to be done when you’re camping. However, the fact that it is different work, well, that’s just fun. Glad you went camping.
Looks like an adventure they will remember.
