At the Parsonage – Preparing for Christmas

And now we as we prepare for Christmas we beautify our home with signs of this season. I anticipate slower days for the next couple weeks. The babies will be home from school without any one having to be any where unless we decide to venture out. I have planned something fun for each day per our Christmas traditions, we will open a gift a day, we will feast and hopefully rest.

The School Holiday Program

Our December has been so full this year. I almost forgot to post about the babies’ school Holiday/Winter/It’s really all about Christmas anyway right program! We had 5 in it this year and after arriving a hour before hand and having to stand in an epic line and still being 6 rows back dodging heads and shoulders with the rest of the masses, I decided to petition the school for a perpetually reserved front row seat. I think Phil and I deserve at least that for having the most children in the program don’t we?

Christmas in Germany

Due to inclemate weather the Christmas in Germany festival at the GAS was postponed to December 9th. The weather was much nicer that day thankfully, we didn’t have to hike our way to and from the van in a blizzard. And the postponing did not cut down on the crowd at all. It was crazy town and a crazy day for us so we didn’t spend very much time at the club this day, just danced and then had to get going.

But the babies did a very good job!
