Super Hero Day

September 17th, 2012 by Aubri

Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman.
All the world’s waiting for you,
and the power you possess.

In your satin tights,
Fighting for your rights
And the old Red, White and Blue.

Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman.
Now the world is ready for you,
and the wonders you can do.*

And….

 Batgirl, Batgirl! Batgirl, Batgirl!
Where do you come from, where do you go?
What is your scene, baby, we just gotta know

 Batgirl, Batgirl! Batgirl, Batgirl!
Are you a chick who fell in from outer space?
Or are you real with a tender warm embrace?
Yaaa, whose baby are you? **

Today was Super Hero Day at school, as part of Homecoming Spirit Week. And since I’m all about super heroes, I couldn’t help myself.

Batgirl and Wonder Woman team up to fight crime, don’t they look fierce?!

Above is our special treat for the day, a Monkey Bread Cross. I followed this recipe. It ain’t pretty, but I’m hoping it will be tasty!
