Saturday we were feeling like getting out of the house and thought it would be fitting for an Independence Day weekend festivity to visit Fort Atkinson over in Fort Calhoun.

Baptismal birthdays are sneaky. I’m very good at forgetting them. June 28th is the day we remember Clara becoming a child of God in Holy Baptism. We prayed for her and sang her Baptism hymn from that day.
And treated ourselves to Strawberry Ice Cream floats!
