In 2023 on Christmas day our little “Christmas Angel” was baptized. Gabriel’s due date was actually Christmas day, now it is his re-birthday! I’m so proud to have Lily and Clara be his baptismal sponsors.

Hello again blog, it’s been a while! And a late Merry Christmas. I have missed you. Our family has grown a bit since my last update. We welcomed baby Gabriel one year ago on December 18, 2023 and he was baptized that Christmas day. Life has changed greatly for us over the past year and a half, I hope very much to catch up a tiny bit and do better at keeping this space more up to date!
Our Ascension Day

May 18: The Ascension of our Lord marks 40 days after the Resurrection. Many years we have enjoyed an old church tradition of picnicking on a hill. We’ve never had to actually “ascend” a hill since we happen to live on one. This year we had lovely weather so we took our dessert outside after supper for our picnic.
“He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty.” Ruling and governing all things. Blessed Ascension Day.
