Wow! YUM! I’ve already browned bulk sausage and thrown that in my pancake mix and then cooked the pancakes with the sausage in it. That is yummy, too. But this would be GREAT, and I KNOW it would be a hit at my house! Can’t wait to try it!
Let me know if they are Sandy! We got bacon today so I think I know what’s for breakfast tomorrow!

Do you know that song that Grandma Sissy used to sing to her children? “Hey, Aunt Jemima, look at your uncle Jim! He’s in the duck pond learning how to swim. First he does the backstroke, then he does the side, and now he’s in the middle swimming against the tide.”
I’m a descendant of the Mackin clan, of course I know that one and now my own babies hear it too! I can’t see anything with “Aunt Jemima” on it and NOT sing that song! 🙂 Thank you Grandma Sissy!
