The last day of school has arrived. This has been yet another “10 minute/10 year” years (lickity split fast and mountain climbing slow). Sometimes I can’t believe that these girls are actually growing up.
Lily will be in 2nd grade next school year and that just seems HUGE!
Today I had to be in two places at once. The girls’ class graduation ceremonies were at the same time. Thankfully their rooms are across the hall from each other and an aid came and got me from Clara’s room when it was Lily’s turn to receive her uhhh, stuff.
And the whole room was just sitting and waiting for me. Wasn’t that nice and NOT awkward at all??
Lily loved her teacher this year and last year and probably will next year as well.
Lily’s Class.
Clara is always full of surprises for Mama. I have to admit I was a bit concerned about how she’d do this year with the more “academic” environment than Preschool.
She’s not one to do anything she’s not in the mood to do but she has done so well in all of her subjects with nary a problem! She actually finished above average. I’m relieved and so very proud of her.

Oh I couldn’t help it. We had Bookies for snack today because I’m dorky that way.
Congratulations to all our 2015 Graduates!
Sweet. I do have one question. . . what are pizza balls?
I love all the photos of first day/last day! Clara makes me laugh; Lily is so grown up! Good job girls!
So cute, I really enjoyed the first day/last day photos!
Thanks all!
Jody “Pizza Balls” are really these:

we just call them balls cuz bite? No. I make them sometimes and the kids go wild! 🙂
Can’t believe how grown up your girlies are getting! And 2nd grade is huge – real readers and actual math.
We’re heading into the Jr. High pod this next year (5th grade) – I swear I’m not that grown up much less the kiddos! 🙂
Lea
I know it Lea, I get older but feel “less grown up” every year! 😮
