With an October birthday, Ephraim will most likely be subject all his life to his Mama’s love of Fall and have Fall themed birthday parties. To be fair I did attempt to throw a Peter and the Wolf party. I was so excited about this idea until I struck out all over the place, the internet and the stores, looking for affordable ideas and supplies. It was not meant to be. Maybe next year though?!
I ditched the Peter and the Wolf plans and went with what I had around the house…Pumpkins!
Orange plates from Gerhardt’s Basketball 2nd birthday party, one orange balloon and candy out of the pantry made it all come together perfectly.
And he loved it!
I let the big girls make all the decorations; pumpkin party hats and our Pin the Stem on the Pumpkin game.
Yikes watch out for the Stem Police!
