With all the strawberries in my fridge I feel like little Strawberry Shortcake. I have so many in there I’m not sure what to do with all of them! And that is a berry good problem to have! I’ve frozen some, eaten most plain….
put them on cereal,
dipped them in chocolate (let’s be honest, this is the best way to eat a strawberry!)
and thrown them on top of muffins.
Too bad I’m out of flour and about to leave town, I’m sure I could bake for 3 days and still have strawberries in the fridge!
