I knew this day would come, how many times have I laughed at myself for almost doing it? I’m not laughing anymore. It could happen to anyone really, you reach for the Cumin and grab the Cinnamon. Give it a shake and you’ve got delicious Cinnamon Chicken Enchiladas! Grrrr. I mean yummy!

Haha! I laugh with you, not at you. Caleb did this too, making french toast. Except he grabbed cumin instead of cinnamon…
Ack….cinnamon in my enchiladas I can stomach thankfully, (Phil could not btw) but on my french toast? I think I’ll pass, that’s really too bad. I’m glad there are more like me out there though! Happy cooking Caleb!
Reminds me of the time I was making Carrie’s special cheese cake for her birthday; I placed salt in the grahm cracker crust instead of sugar, luckily the filling was great, we all scraped off the crust. I will not do that again!!
Maybe that is a good reason against alphabetizing your spice cabinet. Granulated sugar not a good substitute for powdered (in case you were wondering). LOL. We scraped off the icing and ate the cake.
