At the Parsonage – The Month of April

May 6th, 2012 by Aubri

April flew by didn’t it? I figured I better get some of the cuteness that happened around here out before we get too much May cuteness.

Gerhardt drowns his sorrows in olives.

I’m always amazed at how these babies begin to learn things and how great the littlest things they learn become to you.

Essie is starting to sit up now yay!

And she’s getting way to cool for school.

Gerhardt decided to run away but was having a hard time reaching the doorknob or even figuring out which one it was.

Finally some laughing Essie on camera!

We welcomed Gerhardt’s decision to not run away after all with a feast of ribs!

On days we couldn’t get out we made our own fun, wet noodle day!

For the second year Phil was invited to say a prayer at the Cuming County Feeders Association banquet which means we get to sit at the head table…in front of everyone. The Governor was scheduled to speak but due to bad weather wasn’t able to attend. It was a fun excuse to get gussied up, get baby sitters and eat a large amount of prime rib!

Woo Woo!

It’s always something in Nebraska. If it’s not the cold it’s the heat, if it’s not too hot it’s too buggy and when it’s neither….it’s WINDY!
