Well, I’d have to agree with you on the gingerbread house. You’re braver than I was, though. I think I’ll try a kit before I try making one on my own.
Well it turned out really well last year, I shocked myself. So I tried it again and since I wanted to eat the house afterward (of course!) I cooked it on the softer side. Phil, The Engineer, said there was no way it would be structurally sound, weight bearing, you name it, it wasn’t gonna happen, it had to be cooked longer. Well, it cooked Longer! Maybe we’ll do a kit next year too.
