May 15: Lily and Phil fly to Texas! Phil’s parents gifted their car to us so he went down to pick it up. A quick 2 days but packed with “firsts” for Lily!

The pilot overheard Phil and Lily discussing the wonders for flying for the first time so he invited her into the cockpit for a look see.
I think she was excited.
They stopped at I-Hop for brunch on the way back to Nebraska. To quote Lily, “Now I know why they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.”
