Baptism days slipped by us this year without celebration. So much travel and figuring out how to do the school year made my mind go elsewhere. So as Esther’s day approached I decided we should do a 3 for 1 party and we celebrated the rebirth of Lily, Gerhardt and Esther last week.
Esther’s little guy friend was over after school for a play date so he was able to join in. Esther couldn’t have been happier silly thing.
“Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death? Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life. For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection.” Romans 6:3-5
“and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also–not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ.” I Peter 3:21
Blessed Baptism Days dear babies!
