What a busy weekend we had ummm a couple weeks ago. After our piano recital, it was time to head to the German Society for the Maifest Tänzer.
We arrived early so we could feast on gummies, pretzels and beer.
The kids dance 3 times a year at the club. Oktoberfest, the Christmas Festival and the May Day Festival or Maifest. I was pleased with how laid back Maifest seemed to be compared to the craziness and crowds of the other festivals. Maybe it’s the Spring Fever everyone has this time of year but there was a lot less stress buzzing around. Or maybe it was the Maibock. Yes, it was probably the bock.
And then there was this dance the Growns did! It’s a fun one…to watch. Sorry about the music stand getting all up in the way.
