February 2nd is the Feast of the Purification of Mary and Presentation of our Lord in the temple. Per traditions in Europe you’re supposed to eat crepes on this day. I’ve learned that my babies do not eat crepes so I always make pancakes and maybe make a few crepes for myself. Well, my crepes ended up disappearing! Clara and Esther went crepe crazy. So, note to self, make more crepes next year.
