Last week we commemorated Saint Elizabeth of Hungary.

It’s not very often the kiddies gobble up bread I make, but this one went fast!
Thanks to some good timing this year, the big girls were able to take canned goods to school for a food drive. Very fitting since we had discussed how St. Elizabeth was charitable and what that meant.
*Note to me: Next year CUT THOSE POTATOES DOWN! Good grief those were some big taters. Oh and make extra sauce cuz it was good.
