When Mercy was born I couldn’t help thinking of Snow White, whose mother says, “Oh how I wish that I had a daughter that had skin as white as snow, lips as red as blood, and hair as black as ebony.” That came to mind when I was planning her birthday party and helped make my decorating for it very simple.

We drew lots to see who had to wipe her down after she “ate” her cake.
Of course everyone had fun helping her open her gifts.

How fun! I love the transition of the cake from the plate to all over her! The simple decorations are so pretty, and she makes such a sweet little snow white!
