I couldn’t have asked for a better first day of Fall. We woke to find this in the sky and a cool rainy day, the perfect feeling for Fall.
I can’t believe how different the trees are from just a week ago. Beautiful colors, leaves falling into the grass. The best.
I’m not sure what it is exactly about Fall that makes me so giddy. I just want to bathe in it, rub it all over, drink it up and plop down in the middle of it for a long long time….if that makes any sense.
There was a Fall treat this morning for the babies. Jonathan apples from the Apple Jack Festival in Nebraska City (from our neighbors), fake chocolate chip muffins from Little Debbie and a goody basket from Mama.
