It’s June and that means our annual trek to Texas our true loves for to see. We’re all packed. Clara is taking the essentials, a story Bible and some random trash.
It’s no small thing to clean the house, take care of business as usual and pack a family of 8 for 3 weeks away from home. But it’s done. The third load of dishes is in the dishwasher, the 4th load of laundry is washing (and there’s still more undone) and the living room finally got picked up.
So this blog might be quiet for a while. I didn’t want anyone to worry about us. We’re fine, most likely, but we will be very very hot. Why it has to be an amazingly high of 70 degrees and we’re LEAVING is a bit crazy. There will be melting.
We’re on our way Texans! Prepare thy selves for the Hale Storm.
Ha! The Hale Storm.
God’s blessings upon your travels, and may you blessed with much joyous laughter.
Have a wonderful, wonderful time!
Safe travels, Hale family! Does this mean y’all will be at Trinity on Sunday?! We would love to see the ‘Hale Storm’ and meet Mercy!
