Things that manage to get stuck in Mercy’s mop: Hairbrushes..duh, the closet via a hanger* and my favorite….a pork rib.
*Yes. I found Mercy stuck in the closet after a hanger got tangled in her hair. Poor little thing.

I’ll take a break from our usual Person of Interest when it comes to hair and update you all on the big girls latest style! They have been wanting “short hair” for over a year now but I have never trusted my self or my magic pruners to provide a satisfactory short hair cut. Short = Buzz right?
Well, a couple weeks ago a dear lady and new friend at church, Carissa, who happens to be a professional stylist asked me how I cut the kids hair. I went into my long sob story.
The next week she asked if she could give the girls hair cuts!!! Why YES PLEASE YES! Was pretty much my response.

Phil found out that the band Hairball is coming to Omaha in May. Yes, there’s a band called Hairball.
