October 8th our church celebrated 130 years of being a congregation. As an old German church it was only fitting to get all German with a German festival.

Remember that post I made about baby gifts, new things and showers after so many babies? Well, would you believe that these three lovely sweet ladies got together to plan a baby shower for me! I’m so blessed to know them and was very touched that they would do this for us.
Pastors’ Wives Getting Away

I was so happy to get to spend time with some good friends a couple weeks ago at a retreat for pastors’ wifies. Most of us live here in Nebraska, some came all the way from Minnesota and Iowa.
It was a nice break from all the packing and moving the day after we moved into the parsonage!
