Last Day of School

Friday the girls finished 1st and 2nd grades! They loved this year, adjusted very well, learned a lot and made some new friends in their new school along the way.
Last day interviews coming soon. I know you’re anxious to read those.
We party hardied with cupcakes and ice cream.
And I finally got out all the Summer Fun Toys I’ve been stashing away. Special thanks to Kristi and my mom for all the Summer Fun Toys BTW!!
The Hair Chronicles

I’ll take a break from our usual Person of Interest when it comes to hair and update you all on the big girls latest style! They have been wanting “short hair” for over a year now but I have never trusted my self or my magic pruners to provide a satisfactory short hair cut. Short = Buzz right?
Well, a couple weeks ago a dear lady and new friend at church, Carissa, who happens to be a professional stylist asked me how I cut the kids hair. I went into my long sob story.
The next week she asked if she could give the girls hair cuts!!! Why YES PLEASE YES! Was pretty much my response.
