On July 28th Lily turned NINE years old. This is the first year she has been in Texas for her birthday. Clara has had most of hers there. Having a birthday in Texas is special. It means 2 parties and sometimes 3!

Date With Mom

This Summer our reading kids set goals for how many books they would read. The deal was if they read them all they got an Ice Cream Date with Mama. I know, I was willing to make that difficult sacrifice.
Spring Piano Recital

Spring recital time. Lily and Clara did such a wonderful job performing their pieces. I’m so proud of them for practicing and being courageous, it’s scary to play in front of a lot of people! I think all their hard work paid off.
