The girls liked the Christmas tree toast I made the other day so I thought I’d try stocking toast for breakfast today.  I’m all about pulling all the punches I can to make Lily eat food these days.

I came across this jem from our visit to the North Pole last year.  Would have made the perfect Christmas card.

I haven’t decided if we’ll make another trip to see St. Nick or not this year. We will, however, be celebrating St. Nicholas’ day.
