June is National Iced Tea Month! After much trial and error I’m happy to report that I’m finally getting better at brewing a good batch of sweet tea, a requirement for any true Southern Belle. I come from a very long line of great iced tea brewers and miss my Mama’s sweet tea up here in Nebraskie. I like to have some in the fridge year round but definitely make it a priority in the summer time. I think I’ll go have some right now. If only I had a big front porch, a cool breeze and a rocking chair…..
