July 27: No rest for the weary travelers, it’s on to the next adventure! This time a two week trek from Nebraska down to Alabama and back. Our first stop yesterday landed us in the southernmost tip of Illinois.
I do believe we found the very last working telephone booth on the planet here in Illinois. I kept expecting Keanu Reeves to walk by. Too bad we didn’t have a dollar in coins we would have called one of you!
