Franklin TN is also the headquarters for one of Phil’s biggest heroes, Dave Ramsey. What a treat for both of us! We not only got to MEET Dave Ramsey, but I also took advantage of the free peppermint mocha, chocolate chip cookie and complimentary coffee mug at the visitor’s coffee shop!
It was an honor to meet Dave Ramsey though. We’ve lived debt free for 13 years and have gleaned much wisdom from this man.
This was really fun.
Soon after getting back to Nashville from Franklin it was time to eat again, darn it. We fine dined Southern style at 5th and Taylor.

And fried apple pie.
The first thing we knew we had to do when we planned our trip to Nashville was go to Zanies Comedy Club. I had to face one of my lifelong fears and watch live stand up comedy but if you’re a fan of the Nateland Podcast you’d understand why it was all worth it. And you’ll understand how excited we were when Aaron Weber was called to the stage! Let’s go folks!
