November 11: St. Martin’s day is one of our favorite feast days to commemorate. We enjoy horse shoe cookies, a lantern walk and finally gather outside for hot chocolate by the fire.
This year I had intended for the kids to deliver some French goodies to our neighbors but that didn’t happen, I can’t even remember why, it had been a crazy week!
I did manage to spice up the lantern walk with a scavenger hunt for Bible verses hanging from glow sticks I had hidden around the church.
Abel’s turn to be St. Martin this year!
Blessed St. Martin’s Day!
