Last weekend the Kochs came to visit. Pastor Ron Koch is the pastor Phil served his vicarage under in Fredricksburg, IA. Phil invited Pastor Koch to preach at our Mission Festival service last Sunday. As a writer for Good News magazine he has traveled to Africa, Russia, Lithuania and Latvia. He shared with us what he experienced in these countries and the needs and challenges the Lutheran pastors there face.His family was able to come with him. We had a great time catching up with them and of course letting them fawn over our precious little angel!
