This is my first hop harvest. These cone-like flowers are the hops used to bitter beer.
I was pleased to get 22oz (undried) of Cascade hops, which are used in IPAs usually. We left quite a few of the smaller cones, there were just too many.
I hope to use them soon, after drying them for a few days.
