Esther was pretending to bring me supper with her play dishes and then she wanted to pray.
Mama: Ok. What do we say?
Esther: This my body. This my blood.
Mama: !!! That’s right Essie! This is my body, this is my blood etc.
Our little ones are listening in church aren’t they?! It doesn’t get much better for a Mama to hear God’s Word from her baby’s mouth.

After I changed her diaper Esther said:”Thank you Mama.” Mama heart melting
Essie to Phil: “Ju Ju on cross, me love.” Daddy heart melting.
Yes, she calls Jesus “Ju Ju” or at least that’s how I’m spelling it.
Mama to the girls: Y’all do good (yes I know) in school and Mama and Daddy will give you money to go to college.
Clara: But what if I drop it all on the street?!

We haven’t seen the movie Frozen, but if it’s as good as it’s theme song you can bet we’ll be adding it to our Netflix queue!

Essie’s obviously been watching Phil talk on the phone.
It doesn’t have to be reading, sometimes they make you proud in other ways….
“Mercy likes me.” Mercy is clobbered with love in this house though I think she actually punches Esther half way through this.
