We’re at 25 weeks now! I’m so excited to be in my 6th month. I can’t hide this baby anymore! I’ve been asked a lot lately how I’m doing and realized that this has been an pretty easy journey so far. Everything has been going very well. This month has brought a lot of changes. Stronger kicking and punching which I can’t get enough of! Phil even gets in on that action. He got to play with her last night when she’d kick back to his tapping.
This little girl really moved up over the last couple of weeks and with that has come some breathing difficulty and alas the dreaded heartburn. I’m in it to win it though! I’m looking forward to that last trimester only a couple weeks away. Our bed is full of pillows and the carpet is already wearing from my constant trips to the bathroom, but I’m ready for the pending final stretch…I think. Let the waddling begin!

We’re half way through now! Lily is starting to make herself known. Our little “Sally O’Malley” likes to kick, stretch and kick! It’s amazing to feel this little person moving around and I’ve got 4-5 more wonderful months of this, I love it!

Well, it looks like we’re having a GIRL! Admittedly, quite a surprise, but a very welcomed one. We’re only 19 weeks, so it’s a bit early to be absolutely sure, we’re not painting the nursery, just in case we’re still in for another surprise, but to celebrate our little bundle of girl, we’re going pink here for a while. We can’t wait to meet Lily Ruth in July!
