April 8: Holy Wednesday our church held a drive in service heard via radio in our members vehicles. It was just a short service of readings, prayers, and music for anyone who desired to hear God’s Word in person, actually lay eyes on their pastor and other brothers and sisters but doesn’t want to get out of their car. Our pastors and staff have had to get creative during this time of pandemic. We are thankful to a new member of ours who works for a radio station and set all this up for us (not pictured.)
Dec. 14: Our Childrens’ Christmas service. This year an original program put together by our Kantor based on the Great O Antiphons of Advent. I was lovely!
Nov 29: The Church remembers Noah. Mercy was given a really neat 3D puzzle of the Ark. I saved it for putting together today and was glad Phil was around to do this with the kids…cuz….Mama right?!
This Summer our congregation called a young man to fill the role of Kantor for our church. He accepted that call and since then I have enjoyed getting to know his lovely wife. They are awaiting the birth of their 3rd child due this month so another kind lady in our congregation and I put together a diaper shower for them. We had fun with the Wintery inspiration of a Winter baby shower. We kept it simple with a delicious hot chocolate bar and some snacks.
