Yay! We have a place to stay! It was tricky but we finally found a house to rent in Omaha for the amount of time our parsonage will be getting its face lift. A very kind soul has agreed to a 9 month lease and 7 kiddlets to occupy this little beauty. We plan to move in on the 28th!
And look at our backyard.
Soybeans and a playground! We’ll hardly know we’re in the big city. Now we’ll just have to figure out how to keep Mercy from harvesting the beans and skipping town.

I asked Lily to go into the nursery to wake Mercy. She did it AND actually got her out of the crib!!! Now that is some serious and helpful HELP! The days I only imagined coming are starting to come!

Lily finally lost the second of her two front teeth. She’s been enjoying that fact that she can’t pronounce a lot of words correctly anymore.
“Mama, instead of Lily RooSS (Ruth) I say Lily RooFF!”
“Mama, instead of tooSS I say tooFFF!”

Yesterday Gerhardt and Esther finished their first year of Morning Preschool. Next year Gerhardt will continue his education in Afternoon Preschool and Esther will repeat a full year of Morning Preschool.
