I don’t know what I would have done during the last month of pregnancy and this last week if I hadn’t had these Grandparents. It’s been such a blessing to have them available and happy to help. Parenting and keeping up with a house full time is a 4 person job at least so the extra hands and love have been invaluable. So thank you to you Grand-parents!

Today we brought Gerhardt to the waters of Holy Baptism to receive the forgiveness of sins, deliverance from death and the devil and to be given eternal salvation. We rejoice!

Thank you to all of you for your kind comments, thoughts and prayers! We’re all (at least I think “all”, Clara’s feelings on baby brother are still being considered) so happy to have Gerhardt on this side of my tummy. It was such a blessing to have him come on his own, quickly and safely. I had a little longer recovery time than with the girls but am doing much better today and getting around on my own so I’ll gladly be heading home this afternoon.
Our moms brought the girls to the hospital yesterday to meet their new “brudeh”. For Lily it was love at first sight. Clara was very curious but didn’t want to get too close.
