Dec. 20: Our friend Steve delivers our tree! He has kindly provided a tree for us from his farm for the past 6 or 7 years. This is always an exciting day for us!

After Thanksgiving we plunged into Advent. Thankfully with traditions in place we can almost easily get right too it. Also, thankfully, I had thought ahead and bought some new blue and pink candles to have on hand for our table wreath.

October 23: I’m not sure why it’s taken me 3 years to leave the church grounds and go for a walk in the little neighborhood next to our parsonage. But today we finally did. It wasn’t muddy and the hurricane winds have died down. We were happy to enjoy our lovely Fall!
