May 4: This morning it was perfect outside, I just could not stay inside and face the epic mess of our house right now. Instead we loaded up and went looking for adventures in the great and beautiful outdoors. @ Platte River State Park

Maifest

On April 27th the babies again danced for the Maifest at the German American Society. It was a rush in rush out crowded affair that I managed solo once more this year. Martha opted out but Jigi at least marched in with the kids this time.

Theater for the Little Girls

Once again Daddy took some of the babies to the Theater. This time the little girls to see Winnie the Pooh. Per tradition they get to have a fancy supper before the show. Phil doesn’t like telling me where he takes the kids because, well, I’m home eating hot dogs while he’s eating glorious things like Dragon Fries.
