July 28: Abel turned half a year old! This month he starts shuffling around on his tummy and gets two teeth. He’s also back to sleeping all night, mom’s favorite.

Five Months Old

June 28: Able is 5 months old now! This month began pretty rough for him with a trip to the ER for a UTI and kidney infection. But he bounced back after antibiotics. This month he also rolls from his back to his tummy. Lily and I see this happen for the first time. She is so proud of him. He weighs 17 pounds and is wearing mostly 9 months sizes. He really likes to laugh, chews on fist all the time, making sucking clicking sounds with his tongue, blowing spit bubbles, grabbing things…still and sitting in the bumbo is a favorite pass time.

On May 28th our little doodle turned 4 months old. Accomplishments this month: Jabbering, grabbing for things and actually getting them sometimes. Sleeping from 9pm to 6 or 7 am. Drools a lot and turns onto his side. We are proud.
