I made truffles last night for our neighbors the Munderlohs and didn’t take a picture of them to show them off so I stole the picture above. Today I put them in a gift box and delivered them.
They’re so easy and fun (messy fun) to make and can be quite decadent. I wanted to add some rum but since they weren’t for me I refrained. I found the recipe here. I used cocoa powder, coconut and chopped almonds for coatings. I think I’ll make more next year and keep a box for myself.
