On the fifth day of Christmas we were busy. We began the day with puppets.
A special gift for Dad and Mom from Lily.
Christmas card puzzles.
And strolls with sister.
This was our big annual Gingerbread Day. And as last year Lily’s BF was able to join us for decorating cookies and houses. Phil took the boys to the SAC museum and we girls got started.
The boys caught up with us when they got home.
To end the day we got a babysitter and had a Mama Daddy date downtown. Supper, dessert and pretty lights.
Oh, those kids have got decorating skills. You were wise to get a sitter for the evening, especially if the kids got to eat their houses.
